We are looking for you as Performance Marketing Manager

Your tasks
- You'll be responsible for active media buying for meta, native (Taboola & Outbrain), and possibly TikTok & Pinterest. This includes writing headlines and sourcing suitable creatives in collaboration with our creative team.
- You are heavily involved in creative analysis and provide our creative team with important insights and deep dives into our creatives.
- You will also be involved in the creative strategy and contribute your ideas for new advertisements.
- You independently create tracking sheets and processes to systematically record the learnings from our creatives and funnels. You are the first point of contact for all important performance metrics.
- You always have an overview of the most important metrics of our landing pages and funnels.
- You have the opportunity to delve into areas such as email marketing, conversion rate optimization, funnel building and Shopify management.
Your profile
- You have a passion for online marketing and already have some experience in it. Names like David Ogilvy and Eugene Schwartz already ring a bell.
- You already have some experience in e-commerce and know what a CAC is.
- You have a strong understanding of key performance indicators and the customer journey in e-commerce.
- You have a hunger for knowledge about performance marketing and want to learn from the best in the industry.
- You have big goals in life. We are looking for ambitious, ambitious people who are ready to surpass themselves and fully realize their potential – with the prospect of top salaries and leadership responsibility.
- You have strong analytical skills and love building new systems, tracking sheets, and processes that benefit the entire team.
