Your tasks
- Strategic management of our marketplaces : You are actively responsible for the support and further development of our brand shops on Amazon , Shop Apotheke and DocMorris .
- Listing & Content Optimization : You independently create and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords), maintain A+ content (enhanced brand content), and ensure a consistent brand presence across all marketplaces.
- Advertising & Promotions : You set up performance campaigns (e.g. Amazon Sponsored Products/Brands/Display, Shop Apotheke SEA promotions, DocMorris ads), create campaign and budget plans, write meaningful advertising texts and work closely with our creative team to develop high-performance creatives (product images, banners, infographics).
- Performance Analysis & Reporting : You will create tracking sheets and dashboards to systematically monitor KPIs such as ACOS , ROAS , conversion rate , sales volume , and inventory levels . You will be the contact person for all important performance metrics of the marketplaces and derive optimization measures.
- Price and inventory management : Together with purchasing, you ensure an optimal pricing and promotion strategy, monitor competitor prices, ensure buy box eligibility, and coordinate inventory levels to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Marketplace-specific strategies : You know the specifics of Amazon and develop tailor-made strategies for each channel.
- Collaboration & Expansion : You will work closely with purchasing, logistics, and our creative team to seamlessly implement new product launches. You will also continuously evaluate potential for additional marketplaces and develop expansion concepts.
Your profile
- Passion for online marketplaces : You're passionate about e-commerce and ideally have already gained practical experience on Amazon , Shop Apotheke , or DocMorris . Terms like ACOS, ROAS, Buy Box, and A+ Content are familiar to you.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce : You know what a CAC is, are familiar with customer journey concepts, and understand how listing optimization, pricing, and promotions drive sales.
- Analytical thinking & affinity for numbers : You love evaluating key performance indicators, building tracking sheets, and deriving data-driven decisions. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and ideally BI tools (e.g., Looker) is part of your daily routine.
- Creative collaboration : You contribute ideas for new advertising measures and listing optimizations, provide our creative team with valuable insights and involve them in the development of new product visuals and advertising concepts.
- Self-organization & process thinking : You build structured processes to document learnings (e.g., from A/B tests on Amazon) and make them usable for the team. Your work style is goal-oriented, conscientious, and reliable—yet you remain flexible when short-term adjustments are necessary.
- Ambition & willingness to learn : You want to learn from the best in the industry and have ambitious goals for your career. With a view to top salaries and leadership responsibilities , you have the ambition to fully realize your potential.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality : You enjoy working in a team, but are not afraid to take responsibility for managing projects and campaigns.
- Language skills : You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
